Built for solopreneurs and anyone who wants technology explained without a lecture. Ask a how-to question for a direct answer, describe a problem for one-question-at-a-time troubleshooting, or attach a screenshot for visual help.
- Type your question and optionally add a screenshot.
- Press Ask Help Desk once. A timer appears while the AI works.
- If the Help Desk asks a question, type your answer in the same box and press Send answer.
- Use New question to start fresh. Use Copy app link to share the app—not your conversation.

Privacy & limits
This web version runs on Cloudflare, not on Tony’s laptop. Cloudflare processes submitted text and images. The app does not save conversations or screenshots in its database; your active conversation stays in this browser tab and is sent with follow-up answers. Reloading clears it. Cloudflare may retain operational metadata under its own policies.
To protect the free pilot, we store temporary usage counters and daily-hashed network identifiers, not raw IP addresses, for up to two days before cleanup on the next request. The pilot allows up to 40 turns total per UTC day, 15 per network per UTC day, and 3 per network per minute. Shared Wi-Fi shares the network limit. Cloudflare’s shared free allowance may run out sooner.
AI can be wrong. Verify important details, especially text in screenshots. This app offers guidance; it cannot inspect or repair your device, and it does not connect you automatically to a human technician. If it cannot safely help, it will suggest getting human support. Cancel stops waiting; cloud processing may still finish and count toward usage.
